摘    要:利用NCEP/NCAR再分析资料、常规观测资料对新疆2008年4月18日的强寒潮过程进行了诊断分析,指出此次天气过程强冷空气随高度后倾,在入侵新疆的过程中有两次明显的锋生过程,正是由于锋生的存在,使得天气表现复杂和剧烈。第一次锋生:中低层强冷空气先行入侵,在哈萨克丘陵附近形成锋生冷锋,在快速入侵新疆的过程中与干热的下垫面接近,导致北疆出现剧烈降温及不同程度的大风沙尘天气;第二次锋生:冷锋进入后在天山山脉北侧形成寒潮静止锋,由于高空后倾的干冷空气不断侵入,再次出现锋生过程,导致北疆沿天山及天山山区的持续降温及大一暴量的雨转雪过程。

Abstract:Based on the NCEP reanalyzed data and routine observational data, the heavy cold-wave process on 18 April 2008 in Xinjiang was diagnostically analyzed. The results indicated that twice obvious frontogenesis played important roles to this severe weather, which were closely associated with retroversion cold air profile. The first frontogenesis, the cold air of low-middle level invaded in advance and formed frontogenesis near Kazak hilly, and when moved quickly to Xinjiang, it met the dry and hot underlying surface, which induced the severe temperature decrease and some sandstorm weather in northern Xinjiang. The second, because of dry-cold air continuously invading from upperlevel, the other frontogenesis evolved from Tianshan quasi-stationary front at the north side of Tianshan Mountain, which caused temperature reducing persistently and heavy rain turning to heavy snow.
