Meteorology in watershed research in Alberta |

| Abstract: | A preliminary investigation of monthly rainfall patterns analysed from 24‐hour computer forecasts of precipitation was performed. These patterns are compared with the observed precipitation and long‐term normal patterns. Recommendations are made to incorporate the method into a verification program for the computer product. |
