清代华南地区低温灾害与旱涝灾害的相关性分析

摘    要:收集并整理了清代(1644—1911年)华南地区对雪灾、冰冻、霜、霜冻、寒潮等低温事件的记载,探讨了低温灾害与旱涝灾害在空间上和时间上的相关关系。华南低温灾害频次总体东部高于西部。广州府、肇庆府以及东部潮州府为低温灾害多发的地区,这与旱灾、涝灾多发的地区一致。分析了低温冷害的周期性,华南低温冷害发生存在着6年、10年、17年、29年、54年、130年的周期,其中29年周期为第一主周期。探究了每30年低温、洪涝和干旱灾害发生的县次,发现低温灾害与旱灾具有显著相关性;并发现低温灾害与旱灾、涝灾具有相似的趋势,清前期和清后期低温灾害多发,清后期尤为严重。研究揭示了清代灾害多发的特征,探索了我国清代华南地区气候灾害的时空规律,为现代气候灾害的预测研究提供依据。

THE CORRELATION ANALYSIS FOR LOW TEMPERATURE DISASTERS AND DROUGHT/FLOOD DISASTERS IN SOUTH CHINA DURING QING DYNASTY

Abstract:In this paper, the records of low temperature events such as snowstorm, freezing, frost and cold spelled were collected and sorted out in the Qing Dynasty (1644—1911), and the spatial-temporal correlation between low temperature disasters and drought / flood disasters was discussed. The frequency of low temperature disasters of the east in the south of China was generally higher than that of the west. Guangzhou, Zhaoqing and the eastern Chaozhou were the areas of low temperature disasters, which were consistent with the areas of drought / flood disasters. The periods of 6a, 10a, 17a, 29a, 54a, 130a occurred in the low temperature disasters in the south of China, and the period of 29a was the first main period. The paper explored the frequencies of occurrence of low temperature disasters and flood disasters / drought disasters, and found that low temperature disasters and drought disasters had a significant correlation in the 30a period. And the paper found that low-temperature disasters and drought / flood disasters had a similar trend, and in early Qing Dynasty and late Qing Dynasty the low temperature disasters were frequent, particularly in late Qing Dynasty. This study reveals the characteristics of the disasters in the Qing Dynasty and explores the temporal-spatial patterns of the climate disasters in the south of China during the Qing Dynasty, and provide the basis for the prediction of modern climate disasters.
