| 摘 要： | 本文通过对南京地区1984—2003年20 a 110个降水结冰样本当日温度的统计分析,讨论了南京地区结冰时间变化和各影响温度的变化规律,总结了对结冰预报具有指示意义的关键因子;同时利用支持向量机方法探讨了南京地区结冰预报方法,该方法具有显著的预报价值。在此基础上根据Norrman提出的路面打滑分类,结合南京地区具体情况得出了南京雨雪天气路面结冰的类别、标准和预测预报方法。

| Abstract: | The date and impacting temperature change rule of icing in Nanjing are discussed through analyzing 110 temperature data about precipitation icing during twenty years from 1984 to 2003.Some key factors that are important to forecast icing are summarized.At the same time,the forecasting means of icing in Nanjing is discussed using Support Vector Machines.The measure possesses prominent forecasting value.Supported by these analysis results,based on slipperiness types on road that Norrman established,the Nanjing icing weather type on the road,standard and forecasting measure about icing of rain and snow are deduced combining with real condition in Nanjing. |
