摘    要:本文首先分析了2003年江苏高温天气的特征,并探讨了2003年江苏高温发生的主要原因,指出江苏高温是在副高控制的天气形势背景产生的,然而在副高控制的情况下,温度平流因子与一般情况不同,它对高温所起到的作用非常小,非绝热条件才是高温日出现的关键。本文还利用数值产品建立了江苏高温预测方程。

Abstract:This paper documents the synoptic character of high temperature,discusses the main reason of high temperature in Jiangsu in 2003,indicates that high temperature is produced at the background of subtropical-high-controlled synoptic situation.Unlike the typical case,at the case of subtropical-high-controlled,thermal advection has a litter effect on high temperature,while non-adiabatic factor is the key factor leading to high temperature.Additionally,a set of programmer for forecasting Jiangsu high-temperature is build.
