摘    要:利用常规观测资料、NCEP再分析资料等对2010年7月10—13日江苏持续大范围暴雨过程进行诊断分析。结果表明:持续渗透的冷空气和同时存在东西两股水汽通道是此次持续大范围暴雨过程产生的关键;高空急流的位置对暴雨的落区有明显的指示作用,而低空急流的强弱对降水量的大小起着决定性的作用。当高空急流南侧的急流风速等值线密集区在3个纬距内急流风速差达到10 m/s,同时低空急流中心达到12 m/s时,在两个急流带之间易产生区域性暴雨或区域性大暴雨天气;涡度和散度场的高低空中心与暴雨的落区有很好的对应关系;对高低空急流、涡度、散度等时间平均场的分析,可以判断持续大范围暴雨过程中区域性大暴雨的落区。

Abstract:The diagnostic analysis of the widespread persistent rainstorm in Jiangsu from 2010 July 10 to 13 is performed by using the meteorological observational data and NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data. The results show that the continuous penetration of cold air and the presence of two strands of water vapor channel are the key to this type of heavy rain. The position of upper-level jet stream is a clear sign of the precipitation area. And the rainfall amount depends on the intensity of lower-level jet. When there is 10 m/s jet wind difference within 3 latitudes in the south of upper-level jet, when the lower-level jet reaches 12 m/s, the regional rainstorm and extraordinary rainstorm can easily occur between the upper and lower-level jet stream. There is a very good corresponding relation between the precipitation area and the center of vorticity and divergence of high and low altitude. Based on analysis of the time average fields of the upper and lower-level jet stream vorticity and divergence we can find the regional torrential rain area.
