摘    要:自动气象站监测资料中,降水资料的质量控制方法较温度、气压等资料更为复杂。本文分析自动气象站每分钟、逐小时及累计降水资料异常的成因,提出了质量控制的具体方法和判别流程。流程对实时数据进行界限值检查,经空间一致性、时间一致性和要素匹配一致性作精细化正误判别,最后由人机结合综合决策、判别和处理后录入二级数据库。通过统计分析,结合交通气象能见度要素与降水量间的相关性,拟定了降水资料质量控制的判别算法及相关阈值。上述质量控制不仅使预报人员避免错误数据的应用,而且为形成准确、完整的降水历史资料提供了切实可行的方法,也为装备的维护和及时维修提供了依据。

Abstract:Among the automatic monitoring station data, compared with the temperature, pressure and other data, quality control of precipitation data may be more complex, so it is very concerned about the precipitation data quality control in meteorological work. This paper analyzes the causes for abnormal rainfall data by minutes, by hours and the cumulative data at the meteorological automatic station. The concrete method and discrimination process of quality control is put forward. This process is used for limit inspection of real-time data, then the fine discrimination between validity and error is carried out by space, time and element match consistencies, finally, when comprehensive making decision, discriminating and processing are finished, based on human-machine combination, the results are recorded in secondary data base. Through the statistical analysis, combining the correlation between the precipitation and visibility elements of traffic meteorology, the discriminant algorithm and related threshold of quality control of the precipitation data is set up. The above quality control not only allows forecaster to avoid mistakes, but also provides the basis for timely maintenance and repair for the equipment.
