| 摘 要： | 受日本福岛核泄漏启示,讨论我国应如何把好核电安全预防第一关,在核电建设中规范核电厂选址,从源头控制核危机发生.通过对我国已建、在建和正在筹建的9个核电站附近气象台站的历史气象资料对比分析,发现沿海地区建设核电站的气象条件最好,内地次之,盆地最差.

| Abstract: | Based on the observed meteorological data of nine domestic nuclear power plants,which have been already constructed,under construction and in preparation of construction,it is extremely important to control the occurrence of nuclear crisis at the origin by ensure the safety precautions.Through comparison and analysis,we discovered that coastal areas have the most favorable meteorological conditions to site nuclear power plants,the inlands come second. |
