摘    要:针对双线偏振雷达偏振参量能在回波识别中提供更多特征的优势,在常规多普勒天气雷达模糊逻辑算法的基础上,引入偏振参量实现地物杂波识别,由此根据雷达数据中地物和降水回波各自的回波特性,选择6个区别最明显的特征参量,建立了特征参量的统计分布概率,并运用CSI评判标准给出了地物杂波识别的最优化隶属函数;利用2020年攀枝花市新架设的X波段全固态双线偏振雷达观测个例,对比了传统的与改进后的模糊逻辑算法识别效果,结果引入偏振参量的模糊逻辑算法能更好地识别降水和地物混合位置的地物回波,同时改善了径向速度为零区域被误判为地物回波的问题。

Research on Ground Clutter Identification Algorithm of Dual-Polarization Weather Radar Based on Optimized Fuzzy Logic

Abstract:In view of the advantages that polarization parameters of dual-polarization radar can provide more features in echo identification, the polarization parameter is introduced to realize ground clutter recognition based on the fuzzy logic algorithm of conventional Doppler weather radar. According to the characteristics of the ground clutter and precipitation echo, six characteristic parameters with the most obvious difference are selected to establish the statistical distribution probability of characteristic parameters, and the best membership function of ground clutter identification is given by using CSI evaluation criteria.Taking the X-band all-solid-state dual-line polarization radar newly installed in Panzhihua City in 2020 as an example, the recognition effect of traditional and improved fuzzy logic algorithm is compared. The results show that the fuzzy logic algorithm with polarization parameter can better identify the ground object echo at the mixed position of precipitation and ground object, and improve the problem that the area with radial velocity zero is misjudged as the ground object echo.
