| 摘 要： | 介绍广东气象部门应对气候变化工作在组织管理、观测系统和业务体系建设，决策和公众服务，科研和技术开发，科普宣传和合作交流等方面取得了一定进展。但也存在着诸如人才匮乏、经费不足、基础气候资料质量不高、业务体系建设不完善、影响评估和适应措施研究薄弱等问题。认为加强应对气候变化工作，应采取大力发展气候变化研究和业务、加强应对气候变化决策服务、成立专门业务机构、拓宽科研经费筹措渠道、加强气候变化科普宣传等对策与措施。

| Abstract: | Some successes in organizing and managing,observing system,operation construction,decision making and public services,scientific research and technology development,popular science propaganda and cooperative communication,etc.have been achieved for dealing with climate change in the meteorological departments of Guangdong province.But there also exist such problems as lack of professional persons,shortage of funds,low quality of basic climatic data,imperfect operational system,weak research on impact evaluation and adaptation measures,etc.Strategy and measures of improving climate change responding should include effective development of climate change operation,strengthening decision making service,establishment of special operational sector,widening funds raising channel,intensifying popular science propaganda,etc. |
