| 摘 要： | 利用气象行业标准《用电需求气象条件等级》中的气象敏感用电量条件指数统计方法,对湖南省97个地面气象观测站1971~2012年逐日气温资料,分析了湖南省各级气象敏感用电量条件日数的时空分布特征,结果表明：洞庭湖区、湘江流域为三级以上高气象敏感用电量日数相对大值区,高气象敏感用电量日数在近年来有上升的趋势,三级气象敏感用电量日数较多的月份集中在7月和8月。

| Abstract: | Based on the statistical method of electricity consumption condition indices under sensitive meteorological conditions,which is form the China meteorological standard of meteorological conditions for electrical demand,the daily temperature data of 97 ground meteorological stations during 1971~2012in Hunan Province were calculated,and the feature of time-space distribution of days of electricity consumption condition indices under different levels of sensitive meteorological conditions were analyzed.The results show that the Dong-ting Lake area and Xiang-jiang basin are relatively high value areas for days of weather sensitive electricity consumption above the third level,the days of weather sensitive electricity consumption in the high level have rising tendency in recent years,that in the third level mainly concentrated in July and August. |
