雷达回波顶高(ET)产品在广西冰雹云识别中的应用研究

摘    要:利用广西2009至2012年降雹样本资料和新一代天气雷达回波顶高(ET)产品,对广西冰雹云回波顶高变化特征进行统计分析,结果显示广西冰雹云的ET整体呈现明显的阶段性变化特征,降雹时间和ET值达到最大值时间基本一致。冰雹云量化识别指标分别为:2月份回波顶高≥8km且回波顶高与0℃层高度差36.1km;3-4月份回波顶高≥10km且回波顶高与0℃层高度差≥6.1km;5月份回波顶高≥13且回波顶高与0℃层高度差38.1km。降雹直径与冰雹云ET值和特征层高度差值成正相关关系,可作为估计降雹直径的一个重要参考依据。

Abstract:Based on hail sample data from 2009 to 2012 and new generation weather radar echo top(ET) product in Guangxi,characteristics of hail cloud echo top changes were analyzed.The results show that ET of hail cloud present the obvious phase change characteristics,hailing time and ET value maximum time are basically identical.Hail cloud quantitative identification index are:echo top ≥ 8 km in February and the height between echo top and 0 ℃ layer acuity ≥6.1 km;echo top ≥ 10 km from March to Apirl and the height between echo top and 0 ℃ layer acuity ≥6.1 km;echo top ≥13 km in May and the height between echo top and 0 ℃.layer acuity ≥8.1 km.The diameter of the hail and hail cloud ET value and height difference between characteristic layers are positively correlated,which can be used as important reference for the diameter of hail.
