| Abstract: | A study on the characteristics of satellite nephogram of 4 typhoons influencing Guangxi in 2001 was made by qualitative and quantitative analyses and the results showed that the typhoon systems with distinct eddy structure, compact setup and large area should result in strong typhoon with long duration and heavy precipitation in a large scope. |
