内蒙古牧区黑、白灾监测模式及等级指标的研制

摘    要:文章从草地-家畜-大气系统出发, 分别选用可引发黑、白灾的主要因子 (连续无积雪日数、可能发生期、最大积雪深度、积雪持续日数) 和基本因子 (家畜抗灾能力指数、冬前牧草平均高度), 建立了黑、白灾监测模式; 并通过对比分析黑、白灾评判系数与家畜表现特征及放牧情况, 确定了黑、白灾等级指标.检验结果表明监测模式和等级指标均具有很好的稳定性和实用性.

Abstract:Based on the grassland-livestock-atmosphere system analysis, monitoring models for winter drought and heavy snow were established. Some primary factors (such as continuous snow-free days, possible incidence periods, maximum snow depth and continuous snow-covering days) and basic factors (such as the stress-resistance index of livestock and the average depth of mixture grass before winter) are selected in building the models. Grading indexes for the disasters were determined according to appraisal coefficients, livestock's performance and grazing condition. The verifications show that both the monitoring models and the grading indexes could be put to practical use.
