摘    要:A combinatory method of determining the turbulent fluxes in the surface layer has been developed and their generalrepresentations have been thus obtained.The universal functions of the (M-O) similarity in the surface layer can be de-termined by the method.The results calculated by using the ITCE's data indicate that the method is feasible.
