| 摘 要： | 对综合减灾宣传工作的重要性进行了分析，并结合江西省综合减灾工作的实践，总结了综合减灾宣传工作的一些经验。认为在综合减灾宣传工作中，要充分发挥政府职能，准确把握好宣传政策和实际，充分发挥新闻媒体的作用，因地制宜地开展好科普工作；要从领导机关和领导干部、机关干部、群众和学生4个层次入手，做好综合减灾宣传工作；要建立和完善综合减灾科普宣传工作机制和保障机制。进一步加强综合减灾宣传队伍建设。

| Abstract: | The significance of integrated disaster decrease propaganda is analyzed and some experience is summed up in combination with the fact of integrated disaster decrease of Jiangxi province . The result is as follows : In integrated disaster decrease propaganda , bring government into play , hold the propaganda policy and the fact , make the best of media and develop science popularization by adjusting measures to local conditions ; Process integrated disaster decrease propaganda at four levels as the leadership office , the leadership cadre , the official cadre and the masses and students ; Build and improve the operation and maintenance mechanism of integrated disaster decrease propaganda and further strengthen development of integrated disaster decrease propaganda organization . |
