| 摘 要： | 阐述了新时期新阶段进行气象业务技术体制改革的重要性和必要性,并就改革的重点、总体思路和总体目标进行了论述,认为江西气象部门要在中国气象局的领导下,以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面贯彻落实科学发展观,按照中国气象局业务技术体制改革总体方案的要求,精心设计、全面部署,稳妥推进气象业务技术体制改革,从根本上解决制约江西气象事业快速发展的深层次矛盾和问题,促进江西气象工作更好地融入经济建设主战场,巩固和提升气象事业在江西经济社会发展中的地位和作用,实现江西气象事业又快又好地发展,为江西在中部地区崛起做出更大的贡献。

| Abstract: | Expatiate the essentiality and necessity of restructuring meteorological operation technology system in new period and discuss the priority, guidelines and goals of it. Then point out that meteorological departments in Jiangxi province should be under the leadership of China Meteorological Administration, take "three represents" important thought as guidelines, completely carry out the scientific development concept, promote reliably restructuring meteorological operation technology system with an elaborate design and overall scheme according to the requirement of China Meteorological Administration's overall plan of restructuring meteorological operation technology system, solve radically the deep antinomy and problem restricting the meteorological development of Jiangxi province, accelerate to blend Jiangxi provincial meteorological work in economic development, consolidate and promote the status and effect of Jiangxi meteorological undertaking in Jiangxi social and economic development and develop Jiangxi meteorological undertaking quickly and well to contribute more to rising Jiangxi in Central China. |
