| Abstract: | During the past 20 years since the Marine Forecasing Service Program was shown on the CCTV, it has been developed from a unitary program into a comprehensive program including forecasts of wave, sea temperature, sea ice, storm surge, and environment forecast for sea swimming beach as well as wave forecast. The TV video signal has been evolved from the compound, component signal into the digital signal. Now the Audio & Video Department of the National Marine Environment Forecasting Center has capability to produce large-scale TV programs. |
