| 摘 要： | 本文对发生在1999年10月中旬－12月初的7个西南太平洋温带气旋、从云图，流场等方面进行了反查、统计，分析了温带气旋活动期间的海浪对船舶产生影响的时间和空间范围，旨在揭示西南太平洋温带气旋发生，发展和移动的一些规律。

| Abstract: | The thesis investigates and counts seven South-West Pacific temperature cyclones that occured between the middle October and the first December in 1999 from the perspectivc of cloud chart and flow field. It analyzeds the features of the cyclones'effecting time and their geographic coverage. It makes effort to uncover the law of South-West Pacific temperature cyclones' occuring, developing and movement. |
