PE-SCA101携砂剂的携砂机理及流变特征研究

摘    要:为解决岩屑回注过程中回注浆的稳定性难题,研制了PE-SCA101携砂剂,并对携砂剂的携砂机理进行了研究。结果表明,携砂液的粘度不是影响携砂能力的主体因素,携砂液携砂能力是岩屑颗粒粒度、携砂液粘度、屈服应力、表面活性和加砂比等综合作用的结果。当岩屑颗粒直径为161μm,PE-SAC101加量0.2%,加砂比为10%~25%时,可配制成稳定的悬砂浆体系。

Abstract:In order to solve the difficulty in the stability of carrying slurry used for CRI, a type of transporting agent PE-SCA101 has been developed and its sand-carrying mech- anism and rheological characters are studied. The results indicate that the viscosity of carrying fluid is not a major factor affecting on sand-carrying ability, and that the sand- carrying ability of a carrying fluid is a function of the combination of drilling cutting grain size, carrying fluid viscosity, yield stress, surface activities, sand ratio and so on. If the particle diameter of the drilling cuttings is 161 μm, the dosage of the PE-SAC101 can be 0.2%, and if the sand ratio ranges from 10-25%, a stable sand-carrying slurry will be prepared.
