| 摘 要： | 根据目前渤海海洋资源开发利用及海洋环境的现状,结合渤海海洋经济可持续发展的需要,分析了海洋资源、海洋环境和可持续发展之间的关系。为了实现渤海海洋经济的可持续发展,提出了合理利用海洋资源、保护海洋生态环境、优化产业结构、科技兴海的几点措施,为海洋资源管理部门的决策提供依据。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the status of marine resource exploitation and utilization and the requirements of marine economy sustainable development in the Bohai Sea area,the relationship between marine resource,marine environment and sustainable development is analyzed.Several measures for achieving the marine economy sustainable development in the Bohai Sea area are proposed,and these measures include rational utilization of marine resources,protection of marine ecological environment,optimization of industrial structure and promotion of marine economy by science and technology,which will provide basis for the marine resource managements to make decision. |
