| Abstract: | Silt reduction and exploitation of silt resources are important measures to keep the river channel stable. Positioning of the going-into-sea channel is a key engineering to ensure petroleum development and harbour construction and to prevent from and reduce disasters. Emphasis of the yellow River mouth control and bay development is a imporant problem for the estuary construction and harnessment. |
