| 摘 要： | 近年来随着黄河三角洲社会经济的发展，迫切要求对黄河三角洲实施大规模开发。随着黄河上中游社会经济的发展，黄河进入河口地区的水沙情况也发生了较大的变化。针对黄河三角洲地区出现的新情况、新问题，对近年来黄河三角洲地区防洪、防潮、水资源利用、滩涂资源开发等方面的规划研究进行了综述，并建议了今后的主要研究方向。

| Abstract: | In recent years, a large scale exploitation of the Yellow River delta becomes a pressing need along with the socioeconomic development in the delta area, and there are great changes in the coming water and sand conditions in the Yellow River estuary area along with the socioeconomic development in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River. In view of the new situation and problem occuring in the Yellow River delta area, the planning and study of the flood control, tide defence, water resource utilization and tidal flat resource exploitation in recent years are summarized and the main study directions in the future are also suggested. |
