| 摘 要： | 黄河河口三角洲地区是风暴潮灾害的多发地区，研究该地区风暴潮的成因及其特点，是有效预防风暴潮灾害的基础。在对风暴潮成因分析的基础上，重点研究了各类风暴潮的特点，并提出预防风暴潮灾害的对策措施。

| Abstract: | The Yellow River estuary delta area is a frequent occurrence area of storm surge disaster. The study of the formation cause and characteristics of storm surge in the area is the basis for effectively preventing the storm surge disaster. Based on the analysis of the formation cause and characteristics of different storm surges, the measures for preventing the storm surge disaster are proposed. |
