| 摘 要： | 依托滨海、森林优势，搞好旅游开发，这是鲁南海滨国家森林公园走出困境的必由之路。本文分析了共旅游开发的优势、不足，地开发指导思想与开发目标了探讨，并在此基础上就公园的功能分区规划提出了自己的见解。

| Abstract: | National Forest Park of south Shandong Seashore is well located, with abundant tourist resources and great potential tourist market. It is time to develop its tourism though there are many disadvantages, such as the lack of funds and tour items, etc. In the development offair, we must deal with the benefit of economy, society and environment. At the same time, we must protect its characteristics of forest and seashore, based upon the resources and led by the market.Approximately, the park can be devided into seven function areas in which some tourist items may be designed, according to the principle of participation, interest and amusement. At last the actions that should be taken are mentioned, such as developing the forest, widening the way of funds raising, improving the management system, training the stuff and so on. |
