| 摘 要： | 海岸石化工程的建设是海洋经济发展的必然,但海岸石化工程对海洋环境的影响也是不可避免的。以龙海市镇海石化成品油罐区工程为例,从工程的设计、施工和营运等各个环节来探讨如何减轻海岸石化工程对海洋环境的影响以及实现人与自然的和谐。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to construct the coastal petrochemical engineering for developing the marine economy,but the impact of coastal petrochemical engineering on marine enviromment is inevitable.In this paper,the Zhenhai petrochemical oil tank area engineering in Longhai City is taken as an example to explore the mitigation of impact of coastal petrochemical engineering on marine environment and the realization of harmony between human and nature in the aspects of design,construction and operation of coas-tal engineering. |
