| Abstract: | Geologists pay much attention to in-situ survey and data acquisition, which can be available only by means of geological survey instrament. Traditional surface-deposit samplers are grab sampler, box sampler, multitubular corer, etc. Now a new type of sampler for deep sea deposit--grab with TV is introduced here. At present, it takes an important part in deep sea survey, resources surrey in mid-oceanic ridge area, especially in surveys for deep-sea floor massive sulphides survey, potymetallic nodules, manganese crust. Therefore it becomes a key point for a successful survey to master the per formance and usage of the grab with TV. |
