| 摘 要： | 海湾健康和海湾功能——海湾的自然功能和社会功能有着密切联系,首先讨论了海湾的自然功能和社会功能,并在此基础上给出了健康海湾的定义：健康海湾是指在相应的时期内海湾的社会功能和自然功能能够基本均衡或协调发挥的海湾。根据上述定义,提出了6项评价海湾健康的指标。

| Abstract: | The health of a bay is closely associated with the functions of the bay,includ-ing the natural function and the social function.Based on the discussion of the natural function and the social function of a bay,the healthy bay is defined,and it means that the natural function and the social function keep a balance between the two to jointly play a harmonious role in the bay development.Based on the above definition,6 indexes for bay health evaluation are proposed. |
