| 摘 要： | 海洋占全球面积的71％,21世纪是海洋开发的时候,其中海岸带及近海为开发利用的重点,海洋产业部门、沿海国家的各级政府及军事部门均需要快速获得有关海洋环境的综合信息和行为的决策依据。最近国际上出现的海洋地理信息系统（MGIS）已成为发展“数字海洋”的核心,通过MGIS的内涵基本功能,决策支持系统及应用实例介绍MGIS的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Seas cover 71% of the global area,and the 21st century is the era for marine development,during which,special stresses will be laid upon coastal zone and offshore areas.Marine industry departments,coastal municipal governments and military organs all need rapid information about marine environments and they depend on the information to decide their policies and actions.The existing Marine Geographic Information System(MGIS)has become the core of "digital sea",and MGIS is briefly introduced in the paper. |
