| 摘 要： | 秦皇岛旅游砂质海滩是海水浴场的良佳场所，但是人们对海滩的各种开发如建造港口、海堤、池塘、盐场等，给海滩带来许多负面影响。秦皇岛的旅游海滩可分为观光、退化、可持续和起步类型等，海滩地产所有机归国家所有，有关部门应大力搞好宣传教育，建立保护海滩的预警系统和采取应急措施等。

| Abstract: | Sandy beaches along Qinhuangdao coast are good places for touring,but the recent artificial development around the beaches such as building ports,dams,pools and salt fields have brought on some negative influences.The author preliminarily classifies the beaches into sightseeing type,deterioration type,sustainable type and starting type,considers that the proprietary rights of the beaches should be owned by the state rather than by the local government or communities,and suggests that warning system should be set up and necessary measures be adopted to protect the beaches. |
