摘    要:于1992年9-10月对采自上海市的日本沼虾的代谢进行实验研究。结果表明,1温度和体重对日本沼虾的耗氧率,排氨率都有明显的影响;2。日本沼虾尿素氮的排泄量约点总排泄氮量的38%;3。在小于和大于1.5g的日本沼虾代谢底物中,蛋白质,糖和脂肪提供的能量比分别为10.4:39.3:50.3和5.2:41.5:53.3:4。在10,15,20和25℃,日本沼虾的平均静止能耗量为1.6,2.2,3.2和5

Abstract:The studies on the effect of temperature and body weight on the metabolism of Macrobrachium nipponense collected from Shanghai were conducted during Sept. to Oct., 1992. The experimental results showed that (1) oxygen consumption rate and NH3-N excretion rate were affected significantly by water temperature and body weight; (2) the amount of urea-N excretion of the shrimp in the experiment was about 38% of total excreted nitrogen; (3) the energy ratio of protein, carbohydrate and lipid in metabolic substrate of the shrimp smaller than 1.5g was 10.4:39.3:50.3, and that of the shrimp bigger than 1.5g was 5.2:41.5:53.3; (4) the metabolic rates of the shrimp under temperature of 10, 15, 20 and 25°C were 1.6, 2.2, 3.2 and 5.0 J/(g?h), respectively.
