生存密度和饵料对中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)争胜行为和生长性能的影响

摘    要:为探讨生存密度和饵料对中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)争胜行为和生长性能的影响,实验采用中国明对虾仔虾为材料,设置300尾/m2(DL)、600尾/m2(DA)、1200尾/m2(DH)3个密度梯度,鲜活卤虫和人工配合饵料2种饵料及饱喂(FF)、少喂(LF)、不喂(NF)3个投喂丰度,测定中国明对虾的体长增长、存活率,以及投喂前、投喂时、投喂后对虾之间的争斗行为等指标。结果表明,仔虾间的争胜行为随生存密度的升高而增加,生长和存活率逐渐降低;饵料种类和丰度能显著影响中国明对虾的争胜行为和生长性能(P0.05)。结果显示,生存密度、饵料种类及丰度会影响中国明对虾的争胜行为,投喂鲜活饵料有利于提高存活率和生长速度。

Abstract:This study was aimed to investigate the effects of stocking density, individual size, food types and abundance on agonistic behavior and growth performance of Fenneropenaeus chinensis. Post larvas and mysis of Fenneropenaeus chinensis were used. Three stocking densities (300, 600 and 1200 ind.m-2 )and three food abundance (full feed, less feed and no feed) using artificial feed and living artemia, respectively, were designed. Agonistic behavior were observed and recorded 1 hour before feeding, during feeding and 1 hour after feeding, Body length and survival rate were determined at the end of the study. The results showed that the agonistic behavior of Fenneropenaeus chinensis was gradually enhanced with the increase of stocking density. Specifically, agonistic behavior of post larval increased and growth performance gradually decreased with increasing stocking density; The mixture of post larval and mysis increased their agonistic behavior; Food types and abundance strongly impacted the agonistic behavior, growth and survival rate, which was inferred from that the agonistic behavior during feeding increased than that 1 hour before feeding and after feeding. The results revealed that stocking density, individual size, food types and abundance can influence the agonistic behavior of Fenneropenaeus chinensis. Full living artemia at seeding were suggested. Innovations: It is the first domestic systematic research on the agonistic behavior of prawn; Part of the internal and external causes of prawn agonistic behavior was understand.
