美国红鱼(Sciaenops ocellata)的核型、Ag-NORs和 C-带分析

摘    要:采用常规核型分析、Ag-NORs及C-带技术对美国红鱼的核型特征进行了研究。结果表明,美国红鱼二倍体染色体数目为48,48条染色体均为端部着丝粒染色体,核型公式为2n=48t,NF=48;核仁组织区位于第1对同源染色体靠近着丝粒的位置;美国红鱼所有染色体的着丝粒位置显示为C-带阳性,同时发现核仁组织区也表现为异染色质;第1对染色体表现为长度多态性,与核仁组织区多态性相关,而非性染色体。

Abstract:The karyotype characteristics of Sciaenops ocellata was investigated using conventional staining, Ag-NORs and C-banding. The results are as follows: S. ocellata had a diploid chromosome number of 48 and its karyotype formula was 48t, NF=48; The Ag-NORs appeared in chromosome 1; The centromere of all chromosomes and the Ag-NORs presented positive C-banding; The length polymorphism of Chromosome 1 was not sex related but co-occurrenced with the Ag-NORs.
