摘    要:1997年5月在莱州湾,1997年7月在东海,1997年11月在胶州湾采集了海水样品,高温燃烧法测定了这些水样中的溶解有机碳浓度,了系统空白和标准曲线的选择对高温燃烧法测定结果的影响,并与紫外/硫酸钾法的测定进行了比较。

Abstract:Seawater samples were collected from the East China Sea (in July, 1997), Laizhou Bay(in May, 1997) and Jiaozhou Bay (in November, 1997) and dissolved organic carbon (DOC) weredetermined by the high-temperature combustion method (HTC). The influence of estimation ofsystem blank and choice of calibrahon curve on determined DOC values by HTC was discussed.The derived ooC values were compared with the values obtained by the UV/ persulphate method.The instrument blank of HTC could be detendned by two methods. one is by injecting ultra-purewater of different volumes into a combustion tube. The instrument blanLk was obtrined byextrapolahng injechng volumes to zero. Ths method theght undereshmate the instrUment blank. TheTOC 5oooA Analyzer can use another method, internal cycling method, to determine instrumentblank.Ths method was used in this study. The system blank was very high in mC method if thecatalyst was not pre treated. 34 samples in the East China Sea, Laizhou Bay and Jiaozhou Bay weredetermined by the HTC method and the UV / persulphate method after the instrUInent blank wascarefully detendned. The highest deviation between the two methods was 0.21mg / L. For mostsamples the difference of determined values between the two methods was less than 0.10mg / L.StahshcaI calculahon shows that there was no system ermr between the two methods. lt wasconcluded that the ax values determined by the HTC and UV / persulphate methods were almostthe same after the blank was well estimated and a correction was made.
