摘    要:以中试研究的试验结果为基础,介绍了实际尺寸膨胀式自应力灌浆卡箍承载性能的测试情况。通过2个鞍板壁厚不同模型的膨胀压力和滑动应力的试验测试,表明实际尺寸样机承载性能的测试结果与小尺寸模型试验基本一致,15%膨胀剂掺量下的卡箍膨胀压力均超过1.8 MPa、滑动应力均超过2.5 MPa,实际尺寸卡箍样机仍然具有较高的承载性能,并且海试卡箍的滑动应力为2.56 MPa,达到了模型试验的水平。

Abstract:Based on the test results of pilot research, the bearing capability tests of the real size expansive stressed grouted clamp are introduced. The tests for expansive pressure and slip stress are carried out by using two models with different saddle wall thicknesses. It is shown that the bearing capability testing results of the real size prototype are basically the same as those of the small size models. For the clamps with 15% mixing amount of expansion agent, the expansive pressures exceed 1.8 MPa and the slip stresses exceed 2.5 MPa, and the prototype clamps of real size still have high bearing capacities. And the slip stress of the clamp is 2.56 MPa in sea trial, which reaches the level of the model test. The research and the sea trial have made a big step forward in the application of expansive stressed grouted clamp technology to practical engineering.
