浅海海底管线维修技术和装备研究

摘    要:简要介绍了国内浅海油田的发展现状和胜利浅海油田采用“卫星平台—海底管线—中心平台—海底管线—陆上联合站”的生产运行开发模式,以及国外管道维修技术和装备的手段。重点介绍了一种能潜入海底自动探测跟踪和准确定位坐底、对管线进行维修的水下装置,它在结构型式、操作控制定位方式、管线探测跟踪、维修手段等方面有独到之处。

Abstract:This paper introduces an oil transportation method used in Shengli offshore oilfield,which adopts a production operation mode of Satellite Platform-Submarine Pipeline-Center Platform-Submarine Pipeline-Gathering Station on Shore,and the actual long distance oil transportation by submarine pipelines and the maintenance techniques for submarine pipelines and equipment.There have laid more than 100 km long submarine pipelines in Shengli offshore oilfield,so it is necessary to check and maintain the pipelines for guaranteeing its normal work.Two problems must be solved: the first is the check at the work,and the second is the technology.This paper introduces a kind of submarine equipment that can detect and follow up the scent automatically,and can be seated on the submarine pipeline for maintenance.There are unique advantages in the structure,seating,detecting and following up the scent,repairing technology and so on.
