摘    要:深海采矿船是未来人类获取深海矿产资源的重要装备,研究其水动力特性具有重要意义。月池和输运管是影响深海采矿船水动力特性的重要因素。以世界上第一艘超深水采矿船“鹦鹉螺新纪元”号为研究对象,基于三维势流理论,分析月池尺寸、输运管长度及内径对采矿船水运动特性的影响。结果表明:月池开口会使采矿船垂荡、纵荡和纵摇运动出现共振峰,峰值随着开口尺寸的增加而增大,其中垂荡运动峰值可增加将近2倍;输运管的存在会明显改变采矿船横摇运动固有周期,增大垂荡运动峰值,降低横摇运动峰值,对横荡和纵荡运动的影响亦较大,当输运管长度为 5 000 m,内径为0.480 5 m时,横荡和纵荡响应峰值能够达到无输运管时的3倍以上。通过探究月池开孔和输运管不同参数对采矿船运动的影响,为深海采矿船月池和输运管设计提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Deep-sea mining vessel is an important equipment for human to obtain deep-sea mineral resources in the future, so it is of great significance to study its hydrodynamic characteristics. Moon pool and delivery pipeline are important factors affecting the hydrodynamic characteristics of deep-sea mining vessels. In this paper, the world''s first ultra-deep water mining vessel, Nautilus New Era, is taken as the research object. Based on the theory of three-dimensional potential flow, the influence of the size of the moon pool, the length of the delivery pipe and the inner diameter on the water motion characteristics of the mining vessel is analyzed. The results show that the opening of the moon pool will make the mining vessel''s heave, surge and pitch motions appear to have resonance peaks, and the peak value increases with the increase of the opening size. The peak value of heave motion increases nearly double. The existence of delivery pipe will obviously change the natural period of roll motion of mining vessel, increase the peak value of heave motion, reduce the peak value of roll motion, and have a great influence on roll and heave motions. When the length of the delivery pipe is 5 000 m and the inner diameter is 0. 480 5 m, the peak value of sway and pitch response can reach more than 3 times of that without the delievry pipe. By exploring the influence of the opening of the moon pool and the different parameters of the delivery pipe on the movement of the mining vessel, this paper provides some references for the design of the moon pool and the delivery pipe of deep-sea mining vessel.
