| Abstract: | topics on offshore platform structures are reviewed based on the papers presented at the 9 th (1999)International Offshore and Polar Engineering Conference held from May 30 to June 4 in Brest, France. The 9 topics cover the main advances of offshore platform structures in the last year.Some suggestions are put forward as a summary of this review for the development of platforms in China offshore oil industry. |
