脚靴式海上升压站灌浆连接段强度分析研究

摘    要:与国内已建成的海上升压站相比,脚靴式海上升压站导管架对桩和套筒间的灌浆连接强度要求更高,完全套用单桩风电结构的分析方法会使结构设计不准确。由于桩和套筒之间设置有剪力键,当特殊情况时还需增加灌浆连接增强钢筋,在地震及撞船作用下容易导致灌浆接触界面分离等破坏,当前尚未有针对此类情况系统的灌浆连接强度校核方法。以某脚靴式海上升压站为例,分析其在在位、撞船、地震、疲劳等多个主控工况下灌浆连接、剪力键及增强钢筋的强度及稳定性,结果表明该海上升压站灌浆连接段满足设计要求,并研究了各参数对灌浆连接段强度的敏感程度,为今后脚靴式海上升压站各主控工况下的灌浆连接段强度分析、优化设计提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract:Compared to the completed offshore substations in China, owing to the particularity of boot-type offshore substations, the strength of the grouted connection needs to be more about concerned, and the traditional method is no longer compatible with such a form. Generally, shear keys are located between piles and sleeves, and for some serious situations, it is necessary to set up reinforcing bars in the bottom of the grouted connection. However, the offshore substations still have risks because of the grouted connection which may fail under the earthquake or the collision with a vessel. Moreover, for the serious and dangerous situation, there is no effective analytical method to design and check the grouted connection capacity. In consideration of these situations in the analysis of boot-type offshore substation, a general method is proposed in the paper. A case study of the strength and stability of grouted connections, shear keys and reinforcing bars in the boot-type offshore substation, considering the in-place, collision, earthquake and fatigue working conditions, has been presented. The result indicates that the grouted connection of boot-type offshore substation has fulfilled the criteria in relevant design standards. Also, a further sensitive study of the compressive strength, the height and spacing of the shear keys has been done, which can provide suggestions for and guidance to the optimal design of the grouted connection.
