摘    要:根据非线性有限元逐步分析的思想,以已有的结构弹性分析软件为计算核心,提出了一种近似分析结构极限承载力的方法——整体推进法;采用整体推进法,以导管架式海洋平台结构线弹性分析软件ENSA为计算核心,考虑结构构件的损伤影响和维修加固效果,编制了导管架式海洋平台结构极限承载力近似分析软件UAP,为导管架式海洋平台结构的安全度评定提供了方法和手段;最后对渤海八号生产/储油平台在1993年的状态和JZ202MUQ平台的完好状态进行了极限承载力分析

Abstract:In this paper, by using ready made linear elastic structure analysis software on the basis of the keystone of non linear finite element, an approximate method of structure ultimate strength analysis, namely Whole Stepwise Push Method (WSPM), is put forward. Then, UAP, an ultimate strength analysis computer program for fixed steel jacket offshore platform structures is worked out by adopting WSPM and ENSA, which is a special linear elastic software for fixed offshore platform structure, as the operation block. Finally, the ultimate strength analysis of the status of Bohai No. 8 Production/ Storage Platform in 1993 and that of the original intact status of Bohai JZ20 2MUQ Platform are analyszed. Thus, this paper provides a method for the safety assessment of fixed offshore platform structures.
