坛紫菜主要营养成份的分析

摘    要:坛紫菜味美价廉,资源丰富。本文通过对坛紫菜的营养成份测定,证实其含有大量人体必需的氨基酸,矿物质和维生素,是品位极高的营养保健食品,应用在其深加工和药用价值上加以研究,开发出造谏人类的坛紫菜新产品。

Abstract:The nutritive compositions of Porphyra haitanensis are determined in this paper. The results show that P. haitanensis contains a large amount of amino acids, mineral materials and vitamins which are necessary to human body, and can be taken as a kind of health care nutritive food. New products of P. haitanensis will be developed to bring benefit to mankind after further studies on deep process and medical value.
