| 摘 要： | 本文通过对2001年“飞燕”台风登陆前的雷达回波和地面加密观测资料的分析,揭示微型小台风在近海突然加速折向海湾移动的事实及成因,分析其隐蔽性灾害特征,指出微型小台风登陆前制作风的定时定量预报的重要性。 |

| Abstract: | With the data of radar and surface intensive observation before Typhoon 0102 "Chebi" landed at Fuqing, Fujian, we analyzed the fact and the cause that Typhoon 0102 "Chebi" suddenly moved to the bay with great speed when it was approaching and landing, and pointed out its concealed disaster characteristics. And it was very necessary to make wind speed forecast on fixed quantity and fixed time before a small typhoon was approaching or landing. |
