| 摘 要： | 报道粗刺根管藻精子发生中的精母细胞，双鞭毛体和精子等阶段细胞的超微结构，比较某些细胞器的形态和数量变化，从该藻的双鞭毛和精子的鞭毛中，我们首次在中心硅藻类中发现具有９＋２鞭毛微管构型。

| Abstract: | During the male gametogenesis of Rhizosolenia crassispina, the ultrastructure of three stages of the spermatocyte, biflagellate and sperm is observed using electron microscope. In male gamete, the change of the morphology and quantity of some orgamelles is compared.We first found that the arrangemant of microtubutes in the flagellem shows a 9 2 pattern in the centric diatoms. |
