| Abstract: | The male reproductive system of Babylonia formosae consists of testis, seminal duct, additive gland,and male mating organ. Seminal duct and additive gland are composed of the straight duct, prostate gland, coiled duet and the anterior part of penis. The branch duct of coiled duct opens into the perieardial lumen. The prostate gland connects with much gland tissues. Gland tissues of the part is found in penis.
The female reproductive system consists of ovory, oviduct, additive gland, mating sac, vagina and mouth of ventral foot. Oviduct and additive glands are composed of oviduct, albumen gland, ovisac grand and ingesting gland. In addition, this paper compares the reproductive system of Babylonia formosae with that of other stenoglossa animal. |
