| 摘 要： | 通过对红笛鲷头肾和脾脏显微结构的观察发现，头肾表面覆盖有一薄层纤维结缔组织性被膜，未见明显的小梁．实质主要由淋巴组织和血窦构成，可分为两个区，A区淋巴组织排列成索状，环血管呈放射状分布；B区的淋巴细胞则以形成弥散性分布淋巴组织为特征．主要细胞有各种血细胞、巨噬细胞和一些其他的颗粒细胞等，未见明显的巨噬细胞聚集中心及粒细胞聚集中心．脾脏被膜较薄，未见明显的小梁，实质由白髓和红髓相间排列组成．白髓中未见明显的脾小结、淋巴鞘结构，红髓由脾索和脾窦构成．研究结果表明：红笛鲷的头肾和脾脏是硬骨鱼类机体造血的主要器官，又是鱼类重要的免疫器官．

| Abstract: | By observing the microstructure of the head-kidney and spleen of Lutjanus sanguineus,it is found that the surface of the head-kidney is covered with a thin layer of fibroid connective tissue capsule.The parenchyma,with no obvious trabcula,is chiefly composed of lymphoid tissue and blood sinus.The lymphoid tissue itself is divided into two aeras: the lymphoid tissue of the A zone is arranged in cord radiating toward blood vessels and the B zone is characterized by diffuse lymphoid tissue,which is consisited of tightly paked lymphocytes.The major cellular components are blood cells of all sizes,macrophages,and some other granulocytes.The obvious macrophage aggregate regions and granulocyte aggregate regions can't be found.The splenic capsule is very thin and the trabeculae can not be found.The splenic parenchyma is composed of white pulp and red pulp.The trabeculae liens and the lymphatic sheath could hardly be seen in spleen.The red pulp is composed of splenic cord and splenic sinus.The head kidney and spleen are the major hemopoietic organs in fish,and they are also important immune organs in the Lutjanus sanguineus. |
