| 摘 要： | 从网箱养殖患病的大黄鱼（Ｐｓｅｕｄｏｓｃｉａｅｎａ ｃｒｏｃｅａ）肝、肾、脾等组织分离两株病原菌，进行纯化培养、人工感染、药敏试验及菌种鉴定等研究，根据形态及生理生化特征，致病菌定为溶藻弧菌（Ｖｉｂｒｉｏ ａｌｇｉｎｏｌｙｔｉｃｕｓ）。药敏实验的结果表明，氯霉素、庆大霉素、妥布霉素和复方新诺明等对致病菌有较强的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Two strains were isolated from the diseased P. crocea in Fujian Province. Experiments of isolation,cultivation, indentification,artification infection and medicine sensitivity have been done. Accoding to morphological features, physiological and biochemical characteristics of these strains, the pathogenic bacterium was identified as Vibrio. alginolyticus. Chloromycotin, Gentamicin, Tobramycin, Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim are affective in preventing the growth of the twopathogenic bacteria. |
