| 摘 要： | 通过对竹蛏科的缢蛏、细长竹蛏、长竹蛏5种组织(鳃、消化腺、外套膜、足、水管)聚丙烯酰氨垂直板状不连续电泳，研究了醇脱氢酶、苹果酸同工酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、异柠檬酸脱氢酶等5种同工酶酶谱。结果表明，三种蛏相应的酶带迁移率组成分布有明显种属差异，三种蛏的种属差异明显大于组织间差异。不同种间的个体其酶谱表型有稳定的差异，这些差异是有关基因表达和调控的差异所造成的。可利用其酶谱表型具有种特异性作为一种蛋白分子标记，应用于竹蛏科物种的鉴定上。

| Abstract: | The isozymes (alcohol dehydrogenase,malate dehydrogenase,malic enzyme,isocitrate dehydrogenase,superoxide dismutase) from five different tissues(gill,digestive gland,mantle,foot muscle,water pipe) of Sinonovaculaconstricta, Solen gracilis and Solen strictus were analyzed by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The result showed that there are differences in bands Rfs of malic enzyme,malate dehydrogenase,alcohol dehydrogenase,superoxide dismutase in the counterparts tissues among three species. Thesedifferences are related to the expression and control of gene. Therefore, specific isozymes can be used as the taxonomic and evolutional basis for three speciesin solenidae. |
