| 摘 要： | 本文通过对0309号热带风暴“莫拉克”影响期间,福建省沿海风场、气压场、变压场特征的分析,认为“莫拉克”风暴在临近福建省沿海时已减弱为热带低压,而热带低压的登陆地点在厦门,而不是在晋江;登陆时间是2003年8月4日23：00左右。 |

| Abstract: | By analyzing the features of the wind field, sea level pressure and its variation along the coast area of Fujian Province,especially the meteorological elements at Xiamen and Jinjiang, during the influence of the tropical storm"Morakot"(No.0309).It is indicated that the tropical storm had already downgraded into tropical depression when it was coming near the coast area of Fujian Province.Its landfall position should be at Xiamen,not at Jinjiang and its landfall time at about 23:00 on Aug.4,2003. |
