罗氏沼虾胚胎发育过程中同工酶的研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术 ,对罗氏沼虾 Macrobrachium rosenbergii胚胎发育过程中5种同工酶系统的表达进行了分析。结果表明 ,在胚胎发育过程中 LDH、 MDH、 G6PD、Cytc.Oxidase和 EST均有明显的变化 ,同工酶酶谱随胚胎的发育渐趋复杂 ,酶活性也随之增加。膜内氵蚤状幼体期初为胚胎同工酶基因被激活的关键时期。EST酶谱变化过程同卵黄的消化过程有关。

Abstract:The patterns of five isozymic systems (lactate dehydrogenenase,malate dehydrogenenase,glucose\|6\|phospahate dehydrogenenase,cytochrome oxidase and esterase) were investigated with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis during the embryonic development of the prawn \%Macrobrachium rosenbergii\% All these isozymic systems exhibited rich patterns of ontogenetic changes And the isozyme patterns were growing complicated with the developing embryos The early stage of inner protozoea was the key phase for the gene expression to be activated and the isozymes to be produced. And the possible relationships between variations of the esterase pattern and the digesting process of yolk were discussed
