| 摘 要： | 报道摘除中华绒鳌蟹眼柄对其肝脏结构及其氨基酸含量的影响。实验分成两组，即摘除眼柄和对照组。摘除眼柄使中华绒鳌蟹肝脏中Ｂ细胞明显增多，Ｆ细胞和Ｅ细胞减少，促使肝脏物质的分泌和肝脏中储存的物质向精巢转移，对肝脏氨基酸含量有一定的影响。

| Abstract: | The changes of liver structure and amino acid of Eriocheir sinensis by eystalk ablation were studied in this paper. The tested crabs, which were taken from Baiyangdian lake, were dividied into two groups randomly, that is, experiment group and control group Compared with the control group, eyestalk ablation can cause the obvious increasement of the B cell number and the decreasement of F cell and E cell numbers In addition, the operation influences the amino acid content of liver, promote the liver material secreting and transferring to testis |
